UMEI Christian High School provides an outstanding, whole-person education to students in Leamington and Essex County. The annual Lightning Bolt fundraiser run/walk is named after our athletic teams, the UMEI Lightning. The Lightning Bolt helps raise funds to help students in need access the UMEI experience!

There are a number of ways to participate in the Lightning Bolt:

The event starts at 9am at Point Pelee. Awards ceremony follows the race. This event runs rain or shine!

A Lightning Bolt race shirt (must register by the early bird deadline 2 weeks before race day)
Chip timed event by WRACE
Post race refreshments
Awards (1st place male/female for 5K and 10K)
